Poor Experience with Appraisal Company

Rude and Hurried Appraiser
One reviewer mentioned that the appraiser was rude and in a hurry, which may have contributed to the inaccuracies in the report. The appraiser failed to correctly count the rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms, and even incorrectly stated that the property had a wet bar.
Inflated Appraisal Value
The other reviewer mentioned that the appraisal value was significantly lower than what similar homes in the area had sold for. They even provided MLS listings to support their claim, but the appraiser refused to review the appraisal.
