Poor Experience with Limo Service

Inoperative Limo
Author Russell Gallen had a disastrous experience with the company. He reserved a limousine that could accommodate 12 people, but only 10 people fit comfortably, with the remaining two having to sit on laps. The limousine broke down after the first stop on a wine tasting trip. Despite sending a replacement van 45 minutes later, the company has failed to respond to Russell's requests for a refund. The limousine driver also refuses to take Russell's calls.
No-Show and Miscommunication
Julie Kelly also had a disastrous experience with the company. She was charged ahead of time but was left stranded when the driver failed to show up. The company's main office claimed the driver was running late, but Julie couldn't answer the phone at the movie theater. The representative in the main office was aggressive and screamed at Julie over the phone. Julie vows never to use the service again and warns others against it.
