- Tayha Smith, MA, APC - A Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with a passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults, Tayha has extensive experience in helping individuals overcome anxiety, depression, mood instability, and trauma.
- Corey Hindman, MEd, LPC - A licensed therapist with a background in substance abuse treatment and juvenile justice, Corey is dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome addiction, mental health struggles, and relationship challenges.
- Catherine Warren, LCSW - A licensed clinical social worker with a specialization in children and adolescents, Catherine is skilled in providing individual and group therapy for children, as well as family therapy for families experiencing relationship challenges.

Exceptional Service and Facilities
Resolutions Counseling has a peaceful waiting room, helpful front office staff, and easy accessible parking in a safe area of town. They accept various types of insurance, making it convenient for clients to receive treatment. Clients also praised the comfortable offices and exceptional counseling services. While there is a concern about the cost of sessions without insurance, the overwhelming majority of clients would recommend this counseling center.
Unsatisfactory Experience
On the other hand, some clients have had a negative experience at Resolutions Counseling. One client, Hannah Dascotte, reported feeling misled and taken advantage of. She was expecting a female therapist, but was assigned a male therapist instead. When she tried to cancel the appointment, she was charged $50, claiming it was part of their policy. The client felt that the office prioritized making money over the well-being of their clients. She has yet to receive a refund and is still waiting to hear back from a manager.
