Difficult to Get in Touch with and Unresponsive to Client Needs
Disappointing Experience with Mr. McCoy
The reviewer had a negative experience with Mr. McCoy, rating him 1 star. Cliff T. initially tried to contact Mr. McCoy to discuss taking on a case that other attorneys were also interested in. However, the initial consultation was delayed by over a week, during which time Cliff T. was not provided with any updates on the status of his request.
When the consultation finally took place, Cliff T. was asked to provide documents related to the case, which he did. However, he was then told that the consultation fee would only cover the review of the documents, and that he would need to pay more for the actual consultation. This led to Cliff T. feeling frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication and responsiveness from Mr. McCoy's office.
Conclusion
It appears that Mr. McCoy and his team failed to meet the expectations of their client, Cliff T. The lack of communication and delays in responding to client requests resulted in a poor experience for Clifford T.
