Our History

Fouts & Morgan was incorporated by Jimmie D. Fouts and Don W. Morgan in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1970. Since then, we have grown to include five partners and about thirty professionals, paraprofessionals, and support staff. We are proud to serve clients primarily in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi, and we are able to provide exceptional service to clients with business elsewhere in the United States.
