Skilled Nursing
Our licensed nurses provide skilled nursing services, including supervision of medications, treatments, and injections, wound care, diabetic training, and disease management and self-care of chronic conditions.
Home Health Aide
Our home health aides provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, skin care, personal hygiene assistance, oral hygiene, nail care, light housekeeping, laundry, and nutritious meal preparation.
Therapy
We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to help patients regain strength, mobility, and balance. Our therapy services include flexibility training, muscle therapy, strength enhancement, mobility training, exercise programs, and speech therapy for speech dysphagia and adaptive speech devices.
Social Services
Our medical social services provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, assisting with hospital discharge, rehabilitation support, and admission guidance.
Wound Care
Our in-home wound care management services include edema management, sterile and aseptic dressing management, wound vacuum care, patient education, and wound care monitoring.
MR/DD Services

STNA Training Program
Our STNA training program prepares students for immediate employment as certified nursing assistants, providing basic care and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.

According to Rebecca, the company's availability was non-existent, and she was unable to schedule appointments with her doctors, which further added to her frustration.
Rebecca mentioned that the company had relocated to Mansfield, Ontario, but even after the move, their services were still unreliable. She specifically mentioned that she had to reschedule her doctor's appointments multiple times due to the company's unavailability. Rebecca was extremely disappointed in the company's services and felt that they had failed to meet her expectations.
The Company's Disappointing Performance
The company's inability to provide services, even with advance notice, is the primary cause of Rebecca's dissatisfaction. The lack of availability and constant rescheduling of appointments led to inconvenience and frustration. Rebecca's experience with the company was marked by disappointment and unmet expectations.
