Services
Residential Architecture
Our residential architecture services focus on creating functional, sustainable homes that prioritize quality over quantity. We specialize in modern designs that minimize environmental impact while maximizing living efficiency. Our process begins with understanding client needs and site characteristics to develop customized solutions that balance aesthetic appeal with practical functionality.
Schematic Design
During schematic design, we establish the foundational elements of your project through collaborative meetings and iterative proposals. This phase focuses on spatial relationships, budget considerations, and overall project vision before developing detailed construction documents. Our approach ensures alignment with client expectations before advancing to technical specifications.
Construction Documentation
We create comprehensive construction documents detailing all technical specifications for your project. These plans include architectural, structural, and mechanical elements required for accurate bidding and construction. Our documentation ensures clear communication between clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the building process.
Design Visualization
Our visualization services use advanced modeling and rendering tools to help clients understand their future homes. Through digital representations and physical models, we demonstrate spatial relationships, material choices, and design details before construction begins. This process enhances decision-making and ensures client satisfaction with the final outcome.
Construction Administration
We provide ongoing construction administration services to ensure projects are built according to design specifications. This includes contractor selection assistance, regular site visits, and technical support throughout the building process. Our oversight maintains design integrity while addressing field conditions and ensuring compliance with approved plans.
