Our apartments feature modern, open spaces with nine-foot ceilings, wood-style flooring in living areas, carpeted bedrooms, and stylish, two-tone cabinetry in the kitchen, with quartz countertops. Our designer kitchen backsplash and sleek pendant lighting add a touch of elegance, while our stainless steel appliances, moveable kitchen island with granite top, and pantry provide convenience and functionality. Our apartments also come with an in-home washer/dryer, smoke-free community, custom cabinetry in baths, porcelain tile in baths, expansive windows with wood blinds, walk-in/walk-thru closets, and private balconies and outdoor terraces in select homes.

Pet-Friendly Community
At Lync at Alterra, we understand that pets are part of the family. That's why we welcome your furry friends to our community. We accept cats and dogs, and we allow up to two pets per apartment with a $35.00 per month pet fee per pet. A $500 refundable pet deposit per pet is also required. Unfortunately, we do not accept aggressive breeds or any mixture of breeds that may be considered aggressive or has been deemed by law as inherently dangerous.

Residents have expressed frustration with the lack of cleanliness and excess trash in the community. Trash, pet waste, and random items often sit for days, and residents are not held accountable for picking up after their pets. Management is criticized for not enforcing community rules.
Parking Garage Concerns
The parking garage is often broken or damaged, and residents are asked to pay $100 monthly for parking that was initially free. Residents have reported abandoned and derelict vehicles in the garage, and towing is not consistent or regulated.
Fire Alarm Issues
Fire alarms have been a recurring problem, with false alarms going off multiple times, including at 1 am. This has caused inconvenience and concern among residents.
