Located just outside of Rochester, NY, Cedars of Chili is a tranquil community that offers a quiet suburban living experience while still being close to day-to-day conveniences. Our recently renovated community offers upgraded finishes at a cost-effective price, making it easy for residents to call Cedars of Chili home. Our on-site management and maintenance team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring that every resident feels valued.
Apartments
At Cedars of Chili, we offer a range of floor plans to fit every lifestyle. From cozy 1-bedroom apartments to spacious 3+ bedroom apartments, we have the perfect fit for you. Each apartment features premium finishes, including modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances and updated cabinets and countertops. Our apartments also boast large closets, wood floors, and a private patio or balcony.
Amenities
But what sets us apart is our array of luxurious amenities. Our community offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, free weights, and a community room with a TV lounge. We also have an on-site laundry facility and ample parking. Our pet-friendly community welcomes your furry friends and offers a playground and basketball court for kids (and kids at heart!).

At Cedars of Chili, we believe that every resident deserves exceptional service. Our on-site management and maintenance team is dedicated to providing a high level of service and support. Management and Staff
The staff and management of Cedars of Chili have been reported to be impolite, unhelpful, and unprofessional in their conduct. Reginald Haig had a particularly terrible experience with Michelle A and Michelle O, who were alleged to be extremely impolite and unhelpful. Moddy Gause, another resident, was harassed by the assistant leasing manager, Michelle, who called her "Pathetic." These experiences have led to a general perception of poor management and staff conduct.
Maintenance and Facilities
Residents have reported a range of issues with maintenance and facilities. Quella Connor experienced frequent issues with hot water, which had to be reset every week. Tajj reported a severe mouse infestation, which was not effectively addressed by management. These issues have resulted in a lack of comfort and convenience for residents.
Rent and Income-Based Housing
Kathryn Sweet discovered that Cedars of Chili is income-based housing, which was not clearly disclosed on the website or during initial contact with the office. This lack of transparency has led to frustration and disappointment for some residents.
Satisfaction and Reviews
Despite some positive reviews, overall, the sentiment towards Cedars of Chili is overwhelmingly negative. Residents have reported poor management, unprofessional staff, maintenance issues, and financial struggles.
