Reviews
Positive: Some reviewers praised ACRI Realty for their helpful and professional staff who responded quickly to questions and concerns.
Negative: Many reviewers reported poor communication, unresponsiveness, and poor property management services from ACRI Realty, as well as inconsistent implementation of community rules, unprofessional behavior, and financial mismanagement.

Issues with Communication and Responsiveness

Many reviewers have reported poor communication and unresponsiveness from ACRI Realty. Clara Hanny mentioned that her HOA Board has been trying to get in touch with ACRI about a leaky gutter issue for months, but no one has called or emailed back. Similarly, Terry Tague and Greg Coticchia expressed frustration with the lack of response from ACRI to their concerns.

Poor Property Management

Reviewers have also reported poor property management services from ACRI. Terry Tague mentioned that since ACRI took over management of his complex, basic services have declined, including snow and ice removal, lawn care, and trimming of bushes. Greg Coticchia was upset that ACRI arbitrarily changed the grass-cutting schedule, leaving him to cut his own grass.

Inconsistencies and Unprofessionalism

Morgan Carpenter-Panuski and Julie Koritko reported inconsistent implementation of community rules and unprofessional behavior from ACRI staff. Morgan mentioned that the company's website has changed three times in four years, requiring her to create new accounts to access HOA documents. Julie shared a story about a dismissive response from a property manager and the receptionist's refusal to let her speak to someone else.

Financial Mismanagement

Jessica Nasse reported that ACRI mismanaged her community's funds, leading to a deficit of over $18,000. She also mentioned that the company refused to hold a landscaper accountable for damage to properties and paid for repairs out of HOA funds.

Positive Experiences

On the other hand, Angie Peluso and Marc Rosenwasser had positive experiences with ACRI Realty. Angie found Kate to be very helpful and professional in her interactions with them. Marc appreciated the responsiveness and helpfulness of Kiley Shively and ACRI in addressing resident complaints and providing resources for vendors and contractors.
