At Flagship Motorcourt, we're dedicated to providing a comfortable and relaxing stay for our guests. Our Hampton, NH motel is centrally located, just a short walk from the beautiful Boardwalk, State Park Beach, and Hampton Harbor. With many updates since its construction in 1985, our guest rooms are quaint and comfortably set back from the main road, providing a peaceful atmosphere for our guests.
Our rooms are spacious and bright, with large windows and cheerful decor. Many of our rooms come equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, air conditioning, and comfortable mattresses. Some rooms even feature fully-equipped kitchens, perfect for longer stays or families. We're proud to have had many of our guests return year after year for 20-25 years, and we strive to continue providing exceptional service to our guests.
Our Amenities
We offer a range of amenities to make your stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Our beautiful 80x80 foot picnic BBQ area is perfect for families or groups, with 4 gas grills and propane provided depending on availability. We also feature an outdoor heated pool, picnic area, barbecue area, landscaped courtyard, and playing area. In addition, refrigerators, microwave ovens, air conditioning, and internet access are available in all of our rooms.
Our Policies
We take pride in being transparent with our guests, and we want to ensure that you're aware of our policies before booking your stay. Please note that we do not have any ADA-compliant rooms at present, but we are currently under construction to build ADA-suitable rooms. If you have special requirements, please call our office and we will do our best to accommodate you. Our booking and cancellation policies can be found on our website, and we encourage you to review them before making a reservation.

Overpayment and Unsatisfactory Experience
The review of Juliana Sanders highlights her 5-star experience at the Flagship. She checked in late due to pneumonia and the owner was extremely kind, helping her feel comfortable and even suggesting she visit the ER. The room was clean and comfortable, and the owner extended her stay several times. Despite the initial review being late, Juliana assures that the place is nice and the owner is kind.
On the other hand, many reviewers have had negative experiences. Lack of Amenities and Poor Quality
NoFilter and Jenny Jones both gave the Flagship 1-star reviews. NoFilter was overcharged and found that the refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and the wifi did not work. Jenny Jones had a terrible time due to poor management, including loud music and a broken toilet handle. She also mentioned that the pictures of the pool and courtyard were deceiving.
Belinda Perigny also gave the Flagship 1-star, complaining about overcharged hidden fees, rotten food and boxes under the bed, and an outdated room. Robin Mountz had a mixed experience, praising the clean and well-maintained rooms, but finding the lighting to be poor.
Cassie Miller gave the Flagship 1-star, citing issues with mold in the room, dirty carpets, and a lack of cleanliness. She was also hung up on by the front desk when she asked to resolve the issues with her stay.
