The scrap yard provides quick and professional service, as noted by Markus Brooks and Gloria Makinde who both gave the scrap yard 5-star ratings. Author Orteezz Trucks also mentioned that the staff are friendly and the process was decent.
Pricing
However, several reviewers had negative experiences with the pricing. Carlos Guzman, Luis Ramos, Jonathan Crookham, and Mike all gave the scrap yard 1-star ratings due to their dissatisfaction with the payments they received for their scrap materials. Jonathan Crookham's experience was particularly egregious, as he was offered only $10 for $11 pounds of scrap material.
Weight Measurement
Another issue mentioned by several reviewers was the lack of transparency regarding weight measurements. Luis Ramos, Jonathan Crookham, and Steven Harris all mentioned that the weight was not shown to them. However, Steven Harris countered by saying that he personally witnessed the weight being measured at the front of the office.
