Medical Rehabilitation

Our medical rehabilitation services are designed to help individuals recover from an illness or injury. Our multilingual staff, including Cantonese, Mandarin, Toishanese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, and Korean speakers, provide rehabilitation services at home or at our facility.

Wellness Classes

We offer a variety of wellness classes, including fitness, arts and crafts, technology, health education, and social events. Our goal is to promote healthy living and well-being among our clients.

Care Navigator

Our Care Navigator tool is designed to help individuals navigate the complex healthcare system. We provide guidance and support to ensure that our clients receive the care they need.

Residential Living Options

Our residential living options include assisted living apartments and adult family home rehabilitation and care center. We provide a supportive and nurturing environment for our clients.
