Service Issues
The reviewer, Jerry Lee, had a frustrating experience when visiting a branch of a financial institution. He stopped by to discuss his account and request an extension on his daily limit to purchase roofing materials. However, when he arrived, he found the lobby closed permanently, and he was forced to discuss his balance through a speaker with an employee. Jerry Lee felt that this was an invasive and unprofessional experience, and he was unable to get the service he needed.
Lack of Convenience
One of the main issues Jerry Lee faced was the inconvenient layout of the branch. He noted that other branches were located far from his destination, and he didn't have time to visit another location. This makes it seem that the institution is not prioritizing customer convenience.
