Website Issues and Poor Customer Service
Several reviewers have expressed frustration with the company's website and customer service. Terri Hines, who gave the company a 1-star rating, reported that the website does not work for rental property searches and that the company does not respond to phone calls.
Payment Processing Concerns
Cindy Mandel, who also gave the company a 2-star rating, warned others to be careful when using the payment drop box. She advised taking a video of putting the payment in the box, as her payment was reported missing. She also mentioned that some of the new office staff can be rude in person and recommended asking for Sandy for rentals.
Unsatisfactory Appraisal
Fittogobravo Fitempire, who gave the company a 1-star rating, was disappointed with the appraisal process. He reported that the company compared two homes in a different zip code, despite having sold similar homes in the same neighborhood. He also felt that the appraisal was rushed and of poor quality, resulting in an error of 300 square feet.
