Overall Experience with Jane Koler
Disappointing Experience with Environmental Covenant
Some clients have reported having a poor experience with Jane Koler, specifically with regards to her handling of environmental covenants. One client, Jody Bower, reported that after paying a retainer, Ms. Koler failed to initiate contact or respond to emails, taking six months to produce a draft of the covenant. The draft was incomplete and had errors, and Ms. Koler ultimately charged more than double her original estimate.
