Your Trusted Community Healthcare Provider Since 1981
Arroyo Vista Family Health Center has been dedicated to meeting the healthcare needs of the Greater Northeast Los Angeles community since 1981. Founded on the principle of community-driven care, we operate as a non-profit organization governed by a consumer Board of Directors and accredited by The Joint Commission. Our team of healthcare professionals, many of whom are local residents and patients themselves, delivers culturally sensitive, bilingual services across four fixed locations and a mobile clinic. We specialize in comprehensive care for all ages, including medical, dental, optometry, behavioral health, and preventive services. Accredited by The Joint Commission, we adhere to the highest standards of quality healthcare delivery while maintaining federal funding through the Public Health Service Act.

Our commitment to preventive care includes free screenings, immunizations, and annual health fairs. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we ensure accessibility through sliding fee scales and programs that make healthcare affordable for underserved populations. Our affiliation with universities supports clinical training for medical residents and nurse practitioners, strengthening community healthcare infrastructure. With over four decades of service, we remain The Community's Healthcare Connection, prioritizing compassion, quality, and financial responsibility in every aspect of our operations.
