We offer a variety of floor plans to choose from, including studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment homes. Our interiors feature walnut kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, large closets, galley kitchens with plenty of countertop prep area, and energy-efficient appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, and gas cooktop and oven.
Amenities
Our community features two large pools with lots of outside seating, a relaxing spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, and resident clubhouse with kitchen, fireplace, and TV lounge area. We also offer high-speed internet access in common areas, five clothes care centers, and 24-hour emergency maintenance service. For the convenience of our residents, we also offer assigned covered carport parking and easy access to public transportation.
Pet Policy
We understand that pets are an important part of the family, which is why we welcome both cats and dogs at Brentwood Apartments. We allow up to two pets per apartment, with a maximum weight of 75 lbs. for dogs and a pet deposit of $500 per pet. Dogs must be under 75 lbs., and we have breed restrictions in place. Poor Experience with Staff and Management
The majority of reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the staff and management of the apartment complex. They have reported instances of disrespect, unprofessionalism, and poor communication from the office staff. Residents have felt disrespected and bullied, with some even experiencing unauthorized entries into their apartments.
Maintenance and Repair Issues
Many reviewers have complained about the slow or non-existent response to maintenance requests. Issues such as faulty heaters, mold, and broken lights have been left unattended for extended periods, causing inconvenience and discomfort to the residents.
Safety Concerns

The security guard service is considered inadequate, with one reviewer stating that a single guard is expected to cover four properties.
