Lack of Maintenance and Improvements
Bay Shores has been plagued by neglected landscaping, with overgrown weeds and dead trees and shrubs. The pool furniture is also outdated and in need of replacement. Trash cans are often left on front porches and back grassy areas, with no solution for residents without a garage or side of building storage to store their cans. The HOA has over $150,000 in reserves, yet there's no excuse for not addressing these issues.
Poor Management
Residents have reported poor experiences with management, with some instances of intimidation and lack of accountability. The management company, Apple, has been accused of ignoring concerns and not taking action to address problems.
Towage of Vehicles and Lack of Resolution
One resident reported that their car was towed while having a temporary tag, and the management company refused to make it right and pay the associated fees. This is just one example of the poor treatment of residents by the management company.
Bedbug Infestation and Lack of Support
