Meet Our Team
At Realty Performance Group, Inc., we are proud of our team of experts, each with a unique set of skills and experience. Our team is led by President Robert F. Marvin, RPA, FMA, who has more than 28 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and property management. Robert is a licensed real estate broker and has received numerous designations, including the Real Property Administrator and the Facilities Management Administrator designations from BOMI International.
Our team also includes Nicholas J. Harris, Jr., CPM, PCAM, Vice President and Secretary, who has over 25 years of experience in the property management business. Nicholas has earned the prestigious CPM (Certified Property Manager) and PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designations, and he currently serves as Regional Vice President of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Additionally, our team includes Chad T. Fetterman, CMCA, AMS, Vice President and Secretary, who has over 20 years of experience in the property management field as a multi-site manager of condominiums and homeowners associations. Chad has earned the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation and has extensive experience in landscaping and renovation projects.

Our Offices
We have two conveniently located offices in Rochester and Buffalo, New York, allowing us to serve clients throughout Western New York. Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and we can be reached by phone at (585) 225-7440 or (716) 204-2771.
