Tim Bradley, CCIM Associate Broker

Tim Bradley is one of the most knowledgeable, smart, and professional commercial real estate brokers in Jackson, Wyoming. With a background in real estate and finance from the University of Texas, Tim began his career in commercial real estate in 1987. He has since closed over 200 commercial leases and sales in Jackson, specializing in the leasing and sale of office, retail, and industrial property. Tim is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a designation held by only 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide. He is also a past president of the Board of Directors of Teton Literacy Program and the Rotary Club of Jackson Hole, and a current Commissioner on the Wyoming Real Estate Commission.

Ray Elser Associate Broker

Ray Elser has been involved in many facets of real estate sales, commercial leasing, residential construction, and brokerage management for over 40 years. He has extensive experience in the leasing and sale of industrial properties and has served as a member and chairman of the Planning & Zoning Commission/Board of Adjustments for the Town of Jackson. Ray has served as the president of the Teton Board of Realtors, the Board of Directors of the Wyoming Association of Realtors, and the Wyoming Association of Realtors. He was appointed by Governor Freudenthal to the Wyoming Real Estate Commission and re-appointed by Governor Mead to a second term. He currently serves on the Commission on Judicial Conduct and Ethics and is involved in many community organizations in Jackson Hole.
