Quality of Care
The quality of care at Colonel Glenn Nursing and Rehab is inconsistent. The facility has a limited roster of certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and nurses who work hard to attend to patient care, but the overall culture is marred by incompetent staff members who are not being properly trained or supervised.

Upper management at Colonel Glenn Nursing and Rehab is a major issue. The administrator and financial director are not transparent about their pricing, claiming that the state sets the rate they can charge for private pay patients, which is not true. They are more concerned with making a profit than providing quality care.

Personal Experience
One reviewer, Brett Herndon, had a particularly poor experience at Colonel Glenn Nursing and Rehab. His 91-year-old father was left with wet briefs for extended periods of time, and the staff was often incompetent. The facility's price was unusually high, and the administration was dishonest about the pricing. His family paid $11,165 for the month of February, but the facility lied about the state setting the rate. After threatening to report the facility, they finally paid back the overpayment.
