Social Services
In addition to our medical services, we also offer a variety of social services designed to support the overall well-being of our patients. Our social services programs include Parenting Awareness & Drug Risk Education (PADRE), Strengthening Families, Substance Abuse, Texas Home Visiting, and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) nutrition program. These programs are designed to provide education, support, and resources to help our patients and their families thrive.
Locations
We have several locations throughout the region, including Longview, Kilgore, Gilmer, Mount Pleasant, and Tyler. Our convenient locations and extended hours make it easy for patients to access the care they need.

Unprofessional Staff
Many reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the office staff, citing rude and unprofessional behavior. Holly Johnson and Dixie Gaylor specifically mentioned that the desk staff had terrible attitudes and were unhelpful. Mandi Mischnick had a similar experience, stating that the office assistant was unaccommodating and forced her to wait for an hour before being seen.
Poor Doctor-Patient Experience
Some reviewers have mentioned poor interactions with doctors, citing lack of compassion and understanding. Maria Lozanooje had a particularly unpleasant experience with Dr. McClintock, describing him as "something else" who doesn't have the compassion. Long Wait Times
