Lack of Care and Attention
Several reviewers mentioned that nurses and staff failed to provide adequate care and attention to patients, neglecting important tasks like medication administration and personal hygiene. Patients were often left sitting in their own feces, forced to eat without assistance, and had to beg for basic needs like food and bathing.
Unsanitary Conditions
The facility was criticized for its unsanitary conditions, including roaches, dirty floors, and shared showers. One reviewer even reported finding an exploded adult diaper with feces smeared everywhere.
Poor Communication
