Fred Moeller, L.P.C.

Fred Moeller is a licensed professional counselor and substance abuse expert with over 30 years of experience. He founded Moeller & Associates in 1995, and since then, he has helped countless individuals and organizations navigate complex mental health challenges. Fred is licensed in the States of Oklahoma, Texas, and Georgia as a LPC and CEAP. He has worked extensively with organizations such as Texas Instruments, CNN, Coca Cola, and SunTrust Banks. Moeller and Associates has provided international consultative services to the Ministries of Health in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. He served as a member of the 1996 Olympics Crisis Debriefing Team.

Alisa Manulkin, Ph. D

Dr. Alisa Manulkin is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders in children and adolescents. She received her B.A. in Psychology from George Washington University, graduating Cum Laude with Special Honors in Psychology. Dr. Manulkin went on to earn her Masters in Psychology and Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Manulkin has held professorships at Georgia School of Professional Psychology and Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics where she was responsible for coordination and oversight of the pre-doctoral psychology internship program. Dr. Manulkin consults with parents and sees children for therapeutic services.
