Our Founder
Frank M. Stuart, Sr., founded SCG in 2003 and led the company as President and Managing Principal for 15 years. With extensive experience in the design and management of transportation projects, Frank was instrumental in shaping the company's culture and values. Under his leadership, SCG developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
Frank's impressive career spanned multiple roles, including Director of the City of New Orleans Department of Public Works under Mayor Sidney Barthelemy. He was also involved in various private sector projects, including the 1984 World's Fair Exposition and FEMA disaster recovery efforts in the Gulf South.
Frank's legacy is built on his infectious enthusiasm, generosity, and unwavering commitment to his family, friends, and community. His passing in 2018 left a profound impact on those who knew him, and his memory continues to inspire and motivate the SCG team.
