Investment: Concord Capital Partners focuses on real estate investment. From creative debt and equity structures to in-depth expense budgeting and asset management, our team works tirelessly to amplify asset values and mitigate risk.
Property Management: Concord Property Management is a leader in the business with over 3,500 multifamily units and 1MM square feet of commercial space under management.
Private Lending: F2, Concord's private financing platform, originates senior bridge loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity investments, and notes against performing and nonperforming loans in primary markets across the US.
Construction: Concord Construction is a division that started solely to service our multifamily assets. However, after several noteworthy projects, third-party clients began calling for their personal projects, such as private estates and ADU's. Concord Construction is now solely focused on luxury single-family residences and large-scale commercial projects.
Leasing: Leasing is an integral part of the firm's real estate servicing side. Concord Leasing supports our fully owned and operated buildings, as well as third-party clients in search of a frictionless, technology-forward approach.
