Pasch Companies is a York-based, full-service commercial and residential real estate investment and development company founded by Timothy F. Pasch in 1990. Over the past 29 years, Pasch Companies has developed, redeveloped or acquired 36 projects, totaling over 3,500,000 square ft. and currently has 6 new construction projects underway. As a full-service developer, we handle all aspects of real estate development, investment, and management including acquisition, design, engineering, construction, leasing, property management, maintenance and more.

Giving Back to the South-Central PA Community
Established in 2004, the Pasch Family Foundation works to provide opportunities for individuals and community organizations by funding a range of programs in the South-Central PA region. The Foundation's success would not be possible without the volunteers, donors, and supporters of our vision: "A community in which every child has a meal to start their day." This vision guides us and inspires us to donate funds that can change the lives within the community we serve.
Current Projects
The team at Pasch Companies is currently working on a variety of new development projects located in the South-Central PA Region. Our current projects include:
- Freedom Square: A progressive master-planned community in Conewago Township, offering both residential and commercial development programs with extensive outdoor recreational amenities.
- Phase II at The Paddock at Equine Meadows: The curbs are in, the roads are paved, and construction is underway on the homesites of Phase II of The Paddock at Equine Meadows.
- Lincoln Pines: July 2018 ground was officially broken on the luxury townhome community, Lincoln Pines. These townhomes are located in East York and are home to 30 households.
- Final Phase at Market Street Commons: The final two lots of this multi-use project have been sold. Joining the Holiday Inn Express, Dollar General, Turkey Hill, State Farm and more at Market Street Commons.
- The Seasons: A new single-family home construction in the Dover Area. Our team acquired the farm, engineered and developed the site for the community and are currently selling 257 lots.
- Bentley Farms: York, Pennsylvania's newest premier wedding and event venue, opens its doors to those who are looking for a well-equipped and elegant location for their special day. Bentley Farms, a venue located on a 12-acre farm estate, has been meticulously restored to offer a luxurious and historic experience for guests.
