Service Experience
The reviews highlight a mixed bag of experiences at the MMHA facility. Jamani is described as the best team member in over two years, dedicating herself to helping clients.
Lack of Trust and Misconduct
However, several negative experiences are reported. One reviewer, Jon W., had a disastrous encounter with the case managers, Yari, Tamika, and Sophia. He felt that they were unhelpful and were trying to take advantage of him. Jon recorded the conversation, which revealed lies told by the case managers. Despite this, the facility stood by their claims.
Another reviewer, Lynn Courtemanche, strongly agrees with Jon's sentiments, calling MMHA "horrible" due to the case managers' condescending and deceitful behavior. They attempt to steal clients' money and lie to them. Lynn also criticizes Dr. Ann Neusbum, the psychological doctor, as a "complete joke."
Conclusion
The reviews show a stark contrast between positive and negative experiences at MMHA. While Jamani provides quality service, several case managers demonstrate unprofessional behavior, leading to mistrust and anger among clients.
