Poor Living Conditions
The first-rate dissatisfaction among residents is evident in the numerous complaints about the living conditions. Many tenants have reported issues with the air conditioning, heating, and maintenance of their apartments. Jennifer Lopez mentioned that her daughter was left without AC over the summer, leading to hefty electricity bills.
