One reviewer, Charly Nelson, had a disappointing experience with the company. Despite calling three times to confirm, the bus failed to arrive at the scheduled time and location. Instead, a representative showed up at her doorstep without knocking to inform her that the bus wouldn't make it up the hill. When they finally arrived, the bus was late and dropped them off early, and to make matters worse, it was not the bus she had booked.
