Reviews
Negative: Waverly has issues with driver safety, business practices, and professionalism.

Safety Concerns with Drivers

Several reviewers have expressed concerns about the safety of drivers hired by Waverly. One reviewer reported a driver in a blue Peterbilt who was driving recklessly, while another reviewer had a close call with a Waverly driver who was tailgating them on the highway. Another reviewer reported a driver who refused to move over to the right lane, even after being alerted, and instead showed their middle finger.

Poor Business Practices

Reviewers have also complained about the company's business practices. One reviewer felt that the company was only interested in making money off of their truck and charged them with excessive fees. They claimed that despite being told they made $12,000 in three weeks, they never saw a check over $600. Another reviewer was rejected from working with the company due to their PSP showing four DOT inspections from a previous carrier that was targeted by the DOT.

Unprofessional Behavior

Several reviewers have reported unprofessional behavior from Waverly drivers and employees. One reviewer had a driver show them their middle finger instead of moving over to the right lane, while another reviewer felt that the dispatchers were "clueless". A yard manager at Jasper was the only positive mention, but it was not enough to outweigh the negative experiences.

Warning to Others

Multiple reviewers have warned others to stay away from Waverly, with one reviewer stating "Do not work there, you'll regret it" and another saying "Proceed with caution". Overall, the reviews suggest that Waverly has significant issues with driver safety, business practices, and professionalism.
