- Condominiums: $250.00
- Townhomes: $275.00
- Homes below 3500 square feet: $300.00
- Homes above 3500 square feet: $350.00+
For radon tests, our prices are:
- Homes that require two monitors: $200.00
- Homes that require three monitors: $275.00
