Poor Customer Service
It appears that the reviewer, Will W., had a disappointing experience with the company. According to his review, he spoke with Chris Barber about dock equipment and was met with rudeness. The situation escalated when Barber hung up on him, and despite Will's attempts to call back, the call was ignored. This lack of professionalism and unresponsiveness left a negative impression on the reviewer.
Unprofessional Behavior
The reviewer's account suggests that Barber's behavior was unacceptable and alienated the customer. The inflection of the telephone call, which was abruptly ended, and the subsequent refusal to engage with the customer further demonstrated the company's lack of interest in providing proper customer service.
