With a combined total of over 40 years of experience in the marketing industry, we have a deep understanding of what it takes to help businesses thrive in today's competitive market.

Our team is led by two principals, Amy Palmer and Tracey Kavanagh, who have a wealth of experience in the industry. Amy brings 20 years of agency experience to the table, and has a keen eye for detail. She is obsessed with getting things right, every time. Tracey has a unique combination of great thinking and great doing, and has a proven track record of creating landmark marketing programs. She is also known for having a baby lion show up at her birthday party - talk about a memorable moment!

But it's not just our principals who make us stand out. Our team is comprised of talented individuals who are dedicated to their craft. Take Brian Daily, for example. As our resident geek, Brian spends his days configuring, scripting, and monitoring the infrastructure that handles all aspects of our business. He's also an avid hiker and nature lover, and can identify any tree he comes across. And then there's Rachel Asher, our Head of Incentive Travel & Events. With over 12 years of experience in the events industry, Rachel can plan and execute any type of event, from idea generation to hand-holding and zip-lining. She's been on 37 countries and counting!
