What is Psychotherapy?
We all face stress at some point in our lives. It may be caused by transitions or major life events such as physical illness, becoming a parent, losing a loved one, going through a traumatic event, relationship issues, or work stress. Psychotherapy aims to help you understand your emotions towards better control of them, improve your experience of life, change unhealthy behaviors, relieve emotional distress, improve your role in relationships, and cope with stressors.
My Services
I offer individual psychotherapy sessions, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I also provide complimentary 15-minute phone consultations to determine if our work together could be a good fit. Additionally, I offer telehealth/teletherapy services, using a secured video platform for sessions. Please note that all services are only available to clients who are physically located within California.

Unsatisfactory Experience with Deana Wong
Lack of Professionalism
The reviewer, Ray Alan, had a disappointing experience with Deana Wong, a PsyD. The crisis in the family prompted them to reach out to Kaiser, who connected them with Ms. Wong. However, the conversation took an unexpected turn when Ms. Wong asked what she could do for them. The reviewer felt it was not the right time for such a question and expressed their concerns. Unfortunately, Ms. Wong became defensive, which raised questions about her professionalism.
Unreliable and Unresponsive
To make matters worse, the phone disconnected, and Ms. Wong failed to call back. The reviewer was left feeling frustrated and disappointed by her unprofessional behavior and lack of follow-through.
