Phil Goodlaxson had a disastrous experience with Glenn/Turnkey, a company that did a tenant finish job for him. The project was plagued with delays, mistakes, and unprofessional service. Despite promises, the company failed to deliver on its commitments, leading to a significant cost overrun of around $200,000.
Delays and Miscommunication
