Safety Concerns and Poor Conditions
Some reviewers have expressed concerns about the safety and living conditions at this apartment complex. BelloYello Pink claims that a friend of theirs, Eric, has reported hearing someone listening through the walls and vents, and that Eric believes he's being spied on. Seige also had a negative experience on a tour, describing the apartment they visited as "less than ideal." The apartment allegedly had a strong foul odor, which the leasing agent attributed to a recently cleaned carpet and an unturned AC unit. However, Seige was not convinced, believing the smell was more likely due to animal urine. Additionally, Seige reported seeing trash everywhere and noting various issues with the property, including broken drawers and water damage under the kitchen sink.
