About Us

Global Land Surveying was established in Plano, Texas by Jason L. Morgan, Registered Professional Land Surveyor for the State of Texas, in early 2002. Our goal is to provide land surveying services for residential and commercial properties within the Dallas area. We work closely with title companies, realtors, architects, engineers, and individuals who have a need for land surveying. Our team is committed to developing and communicating a professional analysis and opinion without bias or personal interest.

Residential Services

There are many reasons why the public will need a Residential land survey. Some of these reasons include the sale of real property, obtaining a building permit, and replacing a fence. Residential Boundary and Improvement surveys are one of the most common types of surveys in use by the general public. This involves a complex process starting with a search of public records, followed by an "on the ground survey" under the direct supervision of a Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and concluding with a thorough analysis and drafting of the survey results.

Commercial Services

Global Land Surveying offers a wide array of commercial land surveying services including ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, "as built" Surveys, Easement Creation, Easement Abandonment, Height Surveys, Special Use Permits, and Aerial Mapping. We also provide FAA Certifications and other specialized services tailored to meet the unique needs of commercial clients.

Platting Services

We are currently taking on residential and commercial platting projects in the following cities: Highland Park, University Park, Richardson, Plano, Allen, Frisco, Fairview, and McKinney. Our experienced team is equipped to handle all aspects of platting, ensuring that every project is completed with precision and accuracy.
