Our team members are also certified in CPR, first aid, and OSHA, and we perform level 2 background screening in compliance with the Jessica Lunsford Act, ensuring that our employees are cleared to work on schools and facilities where children are present.

Thomas May Construction Company was founded in 1985 and has been in continuous operation ever since. Since its formation, the company has grown to become one of the larger general contractors in Northeast Florida. Our company relocated to Orange Park, Florida in 1989 and has maintained its office there since then. Throughout our years in the industry, we have accumulated extensive experience and expertise in various aspects of construction.

This strategic location allows for excellent opportunities and close management of our construction projects. We are proudly affiliated with the NEFBA (North East Florida Builder Association) and have Keith Ward as the training vice president within the program.
