Services
Custom pool construction
Our custom pool construction combines engineering precision with personalized design. We create permanent concrete pools using #3 rebar at 12" on center, 6-8" gunite shells, and professional plastering techniques. Each project includes hydrology-focused plumbing systems and geotechnical soil testing for lasting durability.
Deck design
We integrate custom deck designs with pool construction using precise layout techniques. Our decks feature proper soil compaction testing and are installed with coordination between tile placement and finishing elements. Equipment pads are poured on the same day as deck completion for seamless integration.
Landscaping integration
Our approach incorporates landscaping as part of complete outdoor retreats. We coordinate plantings, hardscaping, and lighting with pool construction to create cohesive backyard environments. This holistic design ensures functional outdoor living spaces that complement architectural elements.
Pool equipment installation
We handle complete pool equipment installation including pumps, filters, and automation systems. Our electricians connect all components after equipment pad completion. The process includes chemical balancing and system startup training through our Pool School program for client education.
Permitting assistance
Our team manages the permitting process for pool construction projects. We prepare detailed construction notes for municipal submissions and coordinate with engineers to ensure compliance. This service covers 2-4 weeks of permit processing time depending on local requirements.
