Joanna Woolace, LCSW
Joanna Woolace is a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for helping people heal and grow. She graduated with her Bachelor's in social work from Goshen College and with her master in social work from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. Joanna has extensive experience working with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, and chronic mental health disorders. She believes that trust and a strong therapeutic relationship are the keys to the healing process.
Jaime Kees, LMHC
Jaime Kees is a licensed mental health counselor with a heart for helping people find hope and healing. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Family Science from Anderson University in 2006, and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling in 2014 from the University of Saint Francis. Jaime has experience working with high-risk teens, families, and inpatient psychiatric hospital settings. She specializes in working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples who struggle with depression, anxiety, and trauma.
Carol A. Jarvis, PhD, LCSW
Carol A. Jarvis is a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and families. She holds both a master's and bachelor's degree in social work from the University of Georgia, and a doctorate in social work from Loyola University Chicago. Carol is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP), and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). She specializes in working with families impacted by divorce and child custody issues and serves on the Elkhart County Collaborative Practice Task Force.

Lana Johnson, LCSW
Lana Johnson is a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of professional experience in the mental health field. She specializes in working with those who experience difficulty with anxiety, depression, and trauma/PTSD. Lana further treats those with ADHD, behavioral issues, bipolar, domestic violence, grief and loss, parenting, and sexual abuse. Her preferred treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, emotional and mindfulness based, motivational interviewing, brief solution focused therapy, crisis intervention, and trauma focused.
Gary McRae, LCSW
Gary McRae is a licensed clinical social worker with 5 years of social work experience. His social work experience includes counseling and supporting troubled youth and their families in a residential setting as well as in Foster Care. Gary is also a registered trainer for licensing foster care parents. Gary has a heart for helping those youth and adults who may be struggling with some difficult issues.
Debra Bledsoe, LCSW
