Services
Schematic Design
Our schematic design phase establishes the foundation of your project through space planning, style definition, and preliminary layouts. We create mood boards and sketches to align with your vision, ensuring clarity before advancing to technical details. This stage focuses on balancing aesthetics and functionality to set a cohesive direction.
Decor Selection & Sourcing
We curate artwork, textiles, lighting, and accessories that complement your design while adhering to budget and timeline. Our team sources custom, retail, and vintage pieces, managing procurement and delivery to ensure every detail reflects your unique style and enhances the space's ambiance.
Design Development
This phase refines approved concepts into actionable plans with CAD drawings, material selections, and lighting schemes. We resolve technical aspects to align with your vision, budget, and functional needs, bridging the gap between creative concept and construction execution for precision and clarity.
Construction Documentation
We produce detailed digital floor plans, elevations, and material specifications to guide contractors during construction. These documents ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the building process, serving as the official reference to maintain design integrity from paper to reality.
Project Oversight
Our team monitors construction progress to ensure adherence to design intent, addressing issues and acting as a liaison between you and contractors. Regular site visits guarantee quality control, maintaining the balance between creative vision and practical execution during installation.
