Our Story
Triumph Music Academy was founded by James Hughes, a professional musician and educator who started teaching music lessons out of his Grand Rapids apartment as a way to put himself through music school. Over time, his music school grew and evolved, and today we offer music lessons in a wide range of instruments and genres. Our team of instructors are all professional musicians who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and skills with students.
