Phoenix Bay Ventures (PBV) is a firm established to cater to the private investment needs of the Lucas - Ukleja families. Our primary focus is managing investments in early-stage companies through our membership in the Tamiami Angel Fund and the New World Angel Funds. However, we also consider real estate-related investments. PBV oversees the development activities related to the legacy assets of the Bonita Bay Group.

Available Assets
PBV has a diverse portfolio of available assets. We have commercial and residential land, development credits, and panther conservation credits. Our commercial assets include properties such as Caloosahatchee Frontage in Hendry, SR 80 /Highway 31 Commercial in Lee, Eastwood Commercial in Lee, and Ridgdill in Hendry, among others. Our residential land assets are located in various regions, such as Caloosahatchee frontage in Hendry, Goggins Horrum in Lee, and Williams Island in Lee.
Panther Conservation Credits
At PBV, we believe in preserving and protecting the environment. One of our initiatives is the development of Panther Habitat Units (PHU's), aimed at preserving panther habitats. By purchasing these credits, you can contribute to the protection of these endangered animals while also benefiting from the available tax incentives.

Established over 30 years ago, the Bonita Bay Group has developed more than 10,000 acres of land, sold 9,000 homes, and constructed 14 golf courses and seven golf clubhouses totaling over 150,000 square feet.
