• Jeff Schaefer, President and Founder, has a rich playing career and extensive experience in developing young players gain the exposure and skills necessary to succeed in receiving college scholarships and professional baseball opportunities.
• Sue Wilson, Vice President and COO, brings extensive experience in baseball operations and has served as the Associate Regional Director with USA Baseball NTIS and Treasurer of the U Deserve a Chance Foundation.
