Our Services
Dr. De Anda, a licensed Clinical Psychologist in California, has extensive experience working with individuals of all ages struggling with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, and those with a history of trauma. Her counseling and psychotherapy practice focuses on assessment, education, treatment, and positive outcomes for people who want to improve the quality of their lives. She uses brief therapy and strength-based approaches to help clients focus on realistic action plans to deal with problems.
Dr. De Anda also specializes in infant mental health and childhood development, emphasizing the attachments of infants and young children to their parents and primary caregivers. She works with parents to increase their awareness and better attune to their children's individual and changing needs, maximizing the parent-child relationship.
