True North Yoga has been a staple in the Paducah area, offering yoga classes for almost two decades. With over 25 classes on our schedule and a diverse group of experienced instructors, we are confident that we can help you find the perfect class to fit your needs.

Our mission is to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where people of all ages and abilities can come to practice yoga. We believe that yoga is a practice that can benefit everyone, and we strive to make it accessible and affordable for all. We offer many class packages that reduce the price per visit, including our 8 class pass which reduces the class price to $9 per class. We also offer a discounted rate for active duty military, as we appreciate and honor their service.

Our Services

At True North Yoga, we offer a variety of classes to suit different levels of experience and ability. Our Everyday Movement classes are designed to help you sync your breath and movement, allowing you to find a deeper connection to the present while improving balance, flexibility, and peace of mind. AHHHh classes focus on longer, slower movements combined with breath awareness and guided relaxation to slow down the pace and increase calm and peace. For those looking for a more cardio-focused workout, our Bring a Towel classes offer high intensity interval training to get your heart pumping and core working.

We also offer workshops and events for those looking to deepen their practice. Our Women's Yoga Retreats provide an opportunity for women to come together and connect through yoga and community. Our Beginner Yoga Course is an 8-week course designed for those new to the practice, and our Yin/Yang Yoga Workshop offers a balance of passive and active poses. We also offer Virtual Yoga classes and Private Lessons for those who prefer a more personalized practice.

Our Community

At True North Yoga, we believe that community is an important part of the practice. We pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment where people can come together and feel supported.
