We offer a comprehensive health coaching program that focuses on the three pillars of success: SYSTEM, SUPPORT, and ACCOUNTABILITY. One-on-One Coaching: Our one-on-one coaching program is a personalized approach that focuses on creating a customized program based on your individual needs and goals. We work closely with you to help you create a proper diet and lifestyle that helps relieve symptoms and reduce chronic pain.

Corporate Wellness: Our corporate wellness program is designed to help employees improve their overall health and well-being, increase productivity, and reduce healthcare costs. We offer customized workshops and coaching sessions that focus on increasing immune function with healthier eating habits, reducing stress without the use of food or drink, and increasing energy levels.

At Best Whole Self, we understand that not all foods are tolerated by everyone, and improving one's health is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Our Founder

Julie Palumbo, the founder of Best Whole Self, is a Certified Nutrition Consultant and Holistic Health Coach. As a former Financial Advisor, Julie understands the demanding lifestyle of her clients and provides simple and effective habit changes that help them accomplish their mental and physical health goals.

As a Crohn's patient, Julie knows that improving one's health is not a one-size-fits-all approach. That's why she creates customized programs based on each individual's needs and goals. As a mom, Julie knows how important it is to feel your best at all times so that you can be there for those who depend on you most.

Julie has been featured on several podcasts, including iHeartRadio and RadioMD, So Rude Podcast, and has served as a guest on MyNEWPhilly.com, PHL17 Morning Show, WMBC News, ReachMD, and Times Square Today. She has also previously hosted DisruptHealth, an online TV program creating compelling conversations about health and wellness.
