Our company was founded in the early 1990's by Rick Smith, with the goal of creating a reputable business that customers could rely on for all their finishing needs. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to include epoxy coatings, exterior painting, floor polishing, interior painting, and sandblasting.

Our History

Smith Painting Services was founded by Rick Smith in the early 1990's, with a focus on building a reputable business that customers could trust. As the business grew, Rick continued to place emphasis on being a key partner for customers and on attracting top talent. In 2013, Ami and Mike purchased the company from Rick and MaryAnn Smith, bringing with them industry knowledge of the residential market and a solid work ethic. Today, we continue to grow and expand our services, while maintaining our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Our Services

Our services include epoxy coatings, exterior painting, floor polishing, interior painting, and sandblasting. We have the expertise and equipment to handle projects of all sizes, from small residential jobs to large commercial and industrial projects.

Our epoxy coating services include priming and applying epoxy coatings to steel, concrete, and other surfaces. We have experience working on projects such as airport hangars, warehouses, and industrial facilities. Our exterior painting services include painting buildings, bridges, and other structures, while our interior painting services include painting walls, ceilings, and floors.

Our floor polishing services include grinding, honing, and polishing concrete floors to a high-gloss finish. We also offer sandblasting services to remove old paint, rust, and other contaminants from surfaces.

At Smith Painting Services, we take safety very seriously. We are US EPA Lead-Safe Certified, and our employees are trained in safety procedures and protocols. We are also certified by WBE, WOSC, WMBE, and DBE, and are members of AMPP/SSPC, HACIA, and ISNetworld.
